Developers' Sales figures for the week of March 11th to March 17th, 2024, totaled 522 units. Within this, the Core Central Region (CCR) comprised 13.2%, while the Rest of Central Region (RCR) and Outside Central Region (OCR) constituted 1.9% and 84.9% respectively. Notably, Cuscaden Reserve led sales in the CCR, Grand Dunman in the RCR, and Lentor Mansion in the OCR.

Lentor Mansion emerged as the top-selling project in 2024, with significant unit sales. It ranks second in the Lentor precinct, trailing Lentor Modern, which remarkably sold 84% of its 605 units on its launch day. This robust sales performance underscores buyers' appreciation for the developer's focus on placemaking in the Lentor precinct and the growing allure of Lentor as an exclusive residential area.
